Root Cause of Disease
Disequilibrium is one type of Dizziness. Disequilibrium is a sensation of impending fall or of the need to obtain external assistance for proper locomotion. It is sometimes described as a feeling of improper tilt of the floor, or as a sense of floating. This sensation can originate in the inner ear or other motion sensors, or in the central nervous system.
Symptoms
- Loss of balance or unsteadiness.
- Falling or feeling like you might fall.
- Feeling a floating sensation or dizziness.
- Vision changes, such as blurriness.
- Confusion.
Causes
- Vestibular problems: Abnormalities in your inner ear can cause a sensation of a floating or heavy head and unsteadiness in the dark.
- Nerve damage to your legs (peripheral neuropathy): The damage can lead to difficulties with walking.
- Joint, muscle or vision problems: Muscle weakness and unstable joints can contribute to your loss of balance. Difficulties with eyesight also can lead to unsteadiness.
- Medications: Loss of balance or unsteadiness can be a side effect of medications.
- Certain neurological conditions: These include cervical spondylosis and Parkinson’s disease.
Home Remedies For Disequilibrium
Remedy-1: Ginger Tea
Materials : Ginger, Lemon, Water

Procedure:
- Thinly slice your fresh ginger. You don’t need to peel it first, but do rinse it and scrub off any visible dirt.
- In a saucepan, combine the ginger with fresh water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
- Simmer for five minutes .
- Pour the tea through a fine sieve to catch all of the ginger, add lemon to improve the taste.

Remedy-2: Almonds

Remedy-3: Saffron
Materials: Saffron, Water

Saffron is also known to boost the strength of the body and prevent over-accumulation of substances causing issues in the ear. You can add saffron to your food items or prepare saffron tea. This might benefit you in managing Disequilibrium .
Procedure:
- Boil the water in a kettle.
- Add a small pinch of saffron .
- When the water has boiled, count to ten, then pour it over the saffron. Let the water cool, steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain, and sweeten as desired.
Preventions
- Lying down and closing the eyes.
- Acupuncture.
- Drinking plenty of water and keeping hydrated
- Reducing stress plus alcohol and tobacco intake.
- Getting plenty of sleep.
