Remedy – 1: Honey and Lemon

Materials: Honey and Lemon

Honey and lemon are most commonly available ingredient in every kitchen. The combination of lemon with honey helps in improving digestion, kickstarting your metabolism (all chemical reactions that help you stay alive), and helping in burning fat.

Consuming honey and lemon water on an empty stomach will help in preventing constipation (when you pass less than 3 bowel movements in a week), improving digestion, removing toxins from your liver, and maintaining healthy skin.

Procedure:

Each morning take a glass of hot water and squeeze half lemon into it now add 2 tablespoons of honey to this mix properly and drink it on empty stomach for best results.

Procedure:

Drinking hibiscus tea will help in regulating the metabolism of lipids and is also useful in eliminating fat from your body.

  • Take few(2-4) fresh hibiscus flowers and wash them thoroughly
  • Take 1 glass of water and start boiling it
  • After the water is boiled and starts reducing add the hibiscus flowers
  • Boil this mixture for 10-15 minutes until the tea turns into a pale red color
  • Take the mixture off the heat and strain off the leaves
